My name is Mario Joyner and I have worked with families going through the Probate and/or Inheritance process for over 20 years. I started and continue to assist families with Estate Planning options by advocating for Probate avoidance or minimialization. For those families I was not able to reach or avoid the Probate process, I assist with all non-legal matters. My resources and contacts expand beyond real estate and personal property.

As a REALTOR, many conversations with families are around the options of selling or keeping the real estate and how to dispose of personal property.
